Three Programmes, One Consistent Approach

Each Kithora programme is designed for a different level of need, from a single skill-building session to a comprehensive multi-week coordination programme. All share the same commitment: education and organisation, not advice.

How We Work

Our Methodology

Listen First

Every engagement starts with an unhurried conversation about the family's situation — not a sales process.

Structure the Space

Sessions follow a clear framework. Families know what to expect before they arrive, which reduces apprehension considerably.

Work Together

The session itself is participatory. Families practise skills, organise materials, and work through guided prompts in real time.

Leave With Something

Every participant takes home written guides, organised materials, or a completed binder — something tangible from the time invested.

Standards We Hold to in Every Session

Privacy & Discretion

All information shared in sessions is handled with strict confidentiality. We maintain a written policy available on request.

Impartiality

We do not favour any outcome or family member. Sessions are structured to give every participant equal space and voice.

Education-Only Scope

No legal, financial, or psychological advice is given in any Kithora session. This boundary is firm and clearly communicated from the outset.

Pre-Session Clarity

Every participant receives a written guide before their session explaining what will and will not be covered. No surprises.

Active Referral Support

When formal professional support is needed, we provide specific and considered referrals — not just a general suggestion to "seek legal advice".

Care for the Whole Family

Our facilitators are trained to be aware of the emotional context of each session and to pace the work in a way that feels safe and manageable for everyone present.
